Will the fleet sail the Qingdao In Port Race today?

That is the question on eveyone's mind this Monday morning. Waking up to a cold and rainy day in China, the PUMA sailors are hoping to get this race out of the way today. If racing is cancelled today, Volvo will have the fleet sail on Tuesday before calling off the Qingdao In Port Race and not awarding any points.
