The Volvo Ocean Race brought in a new rule that each boat must have two sailors under the age of 30. Well...PUMA actually has three sailors that meet the rule. Our under 30's are Casey Smith (AUS), Michi Mueller (GER) and Shannon Falcone (ANT). Casey and Michi are bowmen and Shannon is a pitman/grinder, but like all Volvo 70 sailors, they can step in anywhere on the boat.
